Day-by-Day Itinerary
Arrival in Arusha – Safari Briefing
• Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) or Arusha. • Pick up by our driver-guide and transfer to your hotel in Arusha. • Safari briefing and overnight rest.
Arusha – Tarangire National Park
• Breakfast and departure for Tarangire National Park (approx. 2–3 hrs drive). • Full-day game drive among the park’s famed elephant herds, lions, buffalo, and giant baobab trees. • Picnic lunch inside the park. • Evening transfer to lodge/camp near Tarangire.
Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
• After breakfast, drive to Lake Manyara National Park. • Enjoy a game drive with chances to see tree-climbing lions, flamingos, elephants, giraffes, and hippos. • Afternoon cultural tour of Mto wa Mbu village (optional). • Overnight at lodge/camp near Lake Manyara
Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
• Early breakfast and depart for Serengeti National Park via the scenic Ngorongoro highlands. • Afternoon game drive in central Serengeti (Seronera Valley). • Spot predators such as lions, leopards, and cheetahs along with wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles. • Sunset photography on the endless plains.
Full-Day Serengeti National Park
• Full-day game drives in Serengeti. • Witness the Great Migration (depending on season) or enjoy resident wildlife including elephants, giraffes, and the “Big Five.” • Picnic lunch in the bush. • Evening relaxation at lodge/camp.
Serengeti – Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha/Departure
• Early morning game drive in Serengeti. • Depart towards Ngorongoro Conservation Area and descend 600m into the Ngorongoro Crater. • Half-day game drive on the crater floor, home to black rhino, hippos, lions, hyenas, elephants, and flamingos. • Picnic lunch by the hippo pool. • In the afternoon, drive back to Arusha for drop-off at your hotel or airport for onward flight.
